This part of the ERA Policy Platform provides you with a comprehensive overview of the progress made towards achieving the ERA priorities through a set of quantitative indicators. Each indicator represents a proxy for one of the 16 priority areas for joint action as defined in the Pact for R&I in Europe. The Scoreboard Indicators 2025 include four additional indicators (Indicators #1 - #4) that measure progress in the European R&I system more generally.
