Estonian Code of Conduct for Research Integrity (2017)

Most Estonian universities have signed the Estonian Code of Conduct for Research Integrity, which regulates Open Science as follows: under otherwise equal conditions, a scientist prefers Open Access journals; a scientist ensures that scientific data is as easily findable and usable as possible. (Guidance can be taken from the FAIR principles: Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Re-usable).
