Forskares förutsättningar att publicera med öppen tillgång – med fokus på Sverige

The purpose of the study is to map and analyse the conditions that researchers encounter when publishing with open access. The study was set up in conjunction with the Swedish Research Council investigating the opportunities to adjust the guidelines and conditions that shall apply for open access to publications when researchers are receiving research grants. The starting point is the goal description in the Government’s research bill, about immediate open access for publications of research results.
