The European Commission has opened the Public Consultation for the planned European Research Area Act. The consultation is to collect evidence on the problems facing the development and full achievement of the European Research Area, along with stakeholders’ views on feasible solutions that could be supported by legislation at EU level.
The consultation stays open until 23 January 2026.
