Externa forskningsmedel och attraktiva anställningar [External research funding and attractive career positions]

This report focuses on how grants from the Swedish Research Council/Vetenskapsrådet are used by junior researchers. We have investigated to what extent the research grant has been used to fund salary costs, and whether there are any patterns in the career development of applicants who have been awarded grants from the Swedish Research Council. We have explored questions related to the working-conditions and opportunities for merit accumulation and career development for promising junior researchers.
