The Swedish Government established the Inquiry on increased internationalisation of higher education institutions (U2017:02) in March 2017. The Inquiry has been tasked to: 

Government inquiry (2020) which analyses various aspects of innovation support available to the higher education institutions and to make proposals for ways to improve that support. The report is in Swedish, but an English summary is available.
